Really not thrilled about this.... _________________

I'm not stoked about it like i would've been with Horton or someone like that. But at the same time, i dont think its the worst think we could do, he definitely showed some flashes of what he could do this year on the good side. Its hard to do anything when we're playing without our top 6 OLB's at times... _________________

Not happy, but I expected him to be back after the second Denver game. |

Welp, looks like we're gonna be fighting to make the POs by the skin of our teeth again... |

A legit pass rusher could mask a ton of deficiencies. |

lol, pretty much.
I honestly wouldn't be upset if we stock up on offense in the draft, you might as well strengthen what you do well, because we know Pags isn't going to adjust his scheme.
Hell, the Pats made it to the Super Bowl with guys like Sterling Moore and Julian Edelman playing significant snaps in the secondary, so you never know. |

Agreed, this Defensive scheme is built to force teams to take the short gains with a quick tackle and not to give up huge plays, but the lack of a pass rush and a run stuffing NT has made it unable to stop anything. We dont need an elite NT, but just one that can hold up against the run. We do, however need an elite talent rushing the passer in order to get some real, consistent pressure. _________________
