Its a tough one. That Seahawks offense is below average, average at best so i dont see how they move the ball effectively. The key in this game is Kaep. He better now give Seattle short fields. If the 49ers dont turnover the ball then i think they win the game.

Wouldn't surprise me to see 10-7 Seattle

Both the NFC games this weekend were chippy and tenacious. I expect the same in this game.

No doubt, it is going to be chippy and physical.

Hopefully the officials won't be one-sided. The 49ers had all the calls today it was pathetic.

If Percy plays, which quarter will he be injured by? I'm guessing somewhere early in the 3rd quarter he'll go out with a stupid injury like a bruised pinky.

Was that over the top and offensive? Just calling it like I see it.

What would you call a NFL QB kissing his bicep? (besides a NFL QB)

Based on your avator, I can see how/why you'd get offended. Laughing Laughing

You just don't get it, do you? Anyways, you will be gone soon once a mod sees your posts.

He's had some of the worse luck ever, but those two hits he took looked terrible. I thought for sure he got a concussion on the first one, but some how passed the test in the locker room Laughing .

I don't know, maybe with our offense fully healthy, it'll be a closer game. I've gotta give myself some kind of hope, right? Razz

I recall two bad penalties(not saying there wasn't more).

The first was the personal foul against the Panther corner for head-butting, I suppose they called it to get control of what was starting out as a very fysical game but it's just not necessary. Trigger happy refs don't belong in the playoffs.

The second was the ridiculous helmet-to-helmet personal foul against Skuta on his sack of Newton. Newton turned directly into Skuta's path, Skuta couldn't have avoided hitting him in that manner and their helmets barely touched on what was an otherwise totally clean tackle.

The early personal foul on the Panthers safety hitting Davis was the correct call. You can't level defenseless receivers after the play finishes, particularly when Davis wasn't even involved, it was a pass to Boldin.

Any other calls to argue with?

The issue with that is that when Anquan Boldin did the same thing to another CB, nothing happened to him.

The 12 man in the huddle by the 49ers that was blatant at the end of the first half and the Panthers were pointing it out and the officials did nothing.

The first 49ers drive where they got a FG was a bad call too. The only reason why you aren't agreeing with it is because it helped your team win.

The referee says he didn't call the 12 men in the huddle because he hadn't marked the ball for play yet.

Quote:
“I saw the player (McDonald) come off, but I had not yet marked the ball ready for play, so that is why I did not call it as a foul,” Cheffers said. “The ball was not in play, yet. That’s why I didn’t call the foul on the play.”

I do agree Boldin could have been called for a flag for doing the same thing the Panthers player was called for. However, on the play prior Luke should have been called for a DPI.

Now, not just because I'm a Niners fan, but I don't see how the personal foul on Mitchell is argued about. Ball was hitting the ground and not even close to Davis and he wipes him out.

And of course, Skuta got called for a weak call himself on the sack.

I'm a Jets fan, but this is the most excited I've been for a football game since the 2010 AFC championship.

49ers win in a thriller.
