Quote:
Fed up with his own halfwit decision-making, Gordon asked Browns coach Rob Chudzinski how he could become more like the person he saw himself to be: humble, hard-working and community-oriented. Chudzinski’s reply: Do something for someone else during your time away. So he drove out to a Boys & Girls club in on the east side of Cleveland, a neighborhood not unlike southwest Houston, and spent a couple afternoons shooting pool with 50 kids aged 6 through 18. In between shots he shared stories of the mistakes that had altered the course of his life and how perseverance got him back on track. And even though it would be a couple months before the kids would realize exactly who they were sharing the felt with, there was a buzz in the room—nothing like the one inside that bubble two years back. This buzz heralded another sort of difference maker.

I've been voting like crazy for him to the pro bowl. Everyone needs to keep voting.

Ez

That story seriously gave me goosebumps. Not only is he showing the talent that could make him an all time great, but he may have conquered the only thing that could keep him from that.

My god if we get a Qb and keep our defense together.... Watch out

Yeah thanks for sharing EZ, I may have never seen that article if it wasn't for you and you alone Laughing

Seriously I did enjoy reading it, it was a good information piece. Hopefully he stays clean and focused, the sky is the limit for him.

If Josh stays clean he is going to be a very rich man. If clean next year I'd extend him. Don't wait. Seems he likes Cleveland.

I'm not sure you can extend someone until the last year of their rookie contract. But I hope we can resign him as soon as we can

I meant after next years season. That is year 3 of his contract.
