I'd want the LB position to be addressed in January, but the rumors of who they want makes me a bit worried. There's talented young LB's out there, but it doesn't seem like they're really looking at them.

We need somone who can start in place of Enrique in Jan. If they think Bertrand/Montoya can start in his place, then he needs to be brought. Last I heard, Enrique was out till mid February wasn't he? With the table being as tight as it is, we really can't wait that long and potentially lose points.

Personally I have us needing 3 positions in Jan. LB, CM/DM and ST/RW(wide player).

Give us some good players in those positions, and we can challenge for a top-4 finish pretty well.

Sad Apparently Hendo is injured. Not good. Wonder if we'll get to see Joao Carlos be called up to be on the bench if true.

In more interesting news, Daily Mail reporting Mohamed Salah's representatives were at Anfield Saturday. Not quite sure what to make of him. He's a pretty crafty and speedy winger that looked p. good against Tottenham and Chelsea, but his goal scoring is a bit of a question mark.

And if he were to be bought, would that automatically mean that it'd would mean a change to a 4-2-3-1? Maybe I underestimate his ability to be more of an AM, but I guess he can go out wide in some cases when they go on the counter.

Yeah, it's not looking good with this tough run of fixtures coming up now. Would be lucky to get out with 5 pts the rest of this month.

Good. I hope he is. Need as many healthy players as possible this next stretch of games.

keith costigan @KeithCostigan
Have been told LFC have real interest in Gylfi Sigurdsson and they believe feeling is mutual

Also, seems the Salah interest seems somewhat legit.

God I thought we'd dodged the Sigurdsson bullet.

More of a boomerang. It makes sense though (it does not).

Maybe Siggy was a Rodgers double agent this whole time

Siggy has been far from bad for us. Given a run of games and playing in the right position, he will score goals. He has just never got that run at Spurs and probably never will. I think its pretty likely that we will shift him in January. You will probably have to pay more than we did, though.

I really hope so, there are certainly better players.

All around great performance. If there was anything bad to say, it was that Mignolet didn't look great when there was a back pass headed his way at times.
