I'll update the OP after tonight's game because if NO loses we might pass them up and become the second seed. I'll have to double check the tie breakers, but it's a possibility.

Should beat Pit, TB, Min

Can beat all of them. Think 3-4 to 4-3 to finish out with 9-7 to 10-6 record

Updated for week 10. We're in the driver seat for the division now, that means we'd have a home game in the playoffs. That would be huge for us.

You know what isn't outside of the realm of possibility though? New Orleans still has to play Seattle, San Fransisco, and Carolina twice. That is a lot of chances to move up into the second seed. The Lions can only worry about the teams that they play, but I can look ahead and imagine the Saints loosing a few more games and us sneaking into the second seed. Shocked

Lions will beat Pitt, TB, Minn and NYG. I have no doubts about it. That puts us at at least 10 wins. We'll also win at least one of the GB, Balt, Philly games. Im confident we'll be 11-5 at the end of the season.

I don't think Pit is a guaranteed win or the Giants who have won 3 in a row. Philly is on track with Foles as QB. Baltimore and GB are toss ups.

I would say only TB and Minn are guaranteed and an 8-8 season is not out of the picture.

I do however believe the Lions have enough talent and momentum this season to get to a double digit win year. I would say 10 wins.

So I pretty much agree with you just I'm not as confident.

I'd rather play Carolina in Detroit than New Orleans in their building.

+1 we already had a try at that vs Saints two years ago lol. I'd rather Panthers. Not saying they are bad o anything, just better matchup then Drew Brees

Edited for this week prior to Monday Night Football.

I think we match up pretty well with both of the wild card teams who are expected to make it right now. Both teams' offense is built around the run and we've been one of the best teams at shutting that down lately.
