If the defense wants to stay as a 4-3

1st Round: DT Timmy Jernigan, FSU

comes in and can complement Henry Melton very well. Is advertised as a strong and quick 4-3 type lineman.

2nd Round: CB Marcus Roberson, Florida
solid corner that plays on one of the best secondaries in the SEC. Could develop behind Tillman and/or sub in for quality play.

3rd Round: C Horniss Grasu, Oregont
he Oregon connection with Kyle Long. Is listed at 295 but his 6'3 frame and work ethic could allow him to be a 300+ pound anchor. Is known for quick feet and athleticism, reminds some of Olin Kreutz.

4th Round: DE James Gayle, Virginia Tech
an undersized but fast and high motor pass rusher.

5th Round: SS Sean Parker, Washington
earning a reputation as a ball hawk forcing 4 picks last season and already has 3 this season.

6th Round: P Patrick O'Donnell, Miami (FL)
much better than podlesh

7th Round: C/G Jonotthan Harrison, Florida
versatile and quality back up. low risk high reward pick in the 7th

starters
DE: Wooten
DT: Jernigan
DT: Melton
DE: Mcclellin
WLB: Briggs
MLB: Bostic
SLB: Greene
CB: Tillman
CB: Jennings
NB: Roberson
SS: Parker
FS: Free Agent

QB: Cutler
HB: Forte
FB: Fiammetta
LT: Bushrod
LG: Slauson
C: Free Agent/Grasu
RG: Long
RT: Mills
TE: Bennett
WR: Marshall
WR: Jeffery
Slot: Bennett (Earl)

If the defense wants to go to a 3-4

1st Round: DT Ra'shede Hageman, Minnesota
has the size and strength to be our nose tackle going forward. also is used to playing in cold smash mouth weather.

2nd Round: DE Ed Stinson, Alabama
big 3-4 type end playing with NFL caliber players and coaches down in Alabama.

3rd Round: C Horniss Grasu, Oregon
(see above reasoning)

4th Round: CB Ricardo Allen, Purdue
speedy nickel-type corner that isn't afraid to come up and tackle and I think has potential to be another Tim Jennings type of player.

5th Round: SS Sean Parker, Washington

(see above reasoning)

6th Round: P Patrick O'Donnell, Miami (FL)
(see above reasoning)

7th Round: C/G Jonotthan Harrison, FLorida
(see above reasoning)

starters
DE: Wooten
DT: Hageman
DE: Melton
OLB: Mcclellin
MLB: Briggs
MLB: Bostic

FB: Fiammetta
LT: Bushrod
LG: Slauson
C: Free Agent/Grasu

I am not ready to start McClellin at DE.

I think after this season he will have enough on the field experience to be starting caliber

I think Jernigan is a good player but I don’t think he is a 1st round talent…Roberson in the 2nd would be a quality pick…I don’t like the idea of starting a rookie centre but Grasu is a good pick up in the 3rd…I’m a big fan of Gayle’s upside…don’t really know much about Parker altho I’m not a fan of shorter DBs…O’Donnell would be an upgrade and Harrison would be solid depth.

I like all the players but Gayle IMO is playing great. He's someone I'd consider in round 2.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNB9L6CbGas here is parker against at the time number 7 Oregon State last season

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVIOKTU6o7w and here he is against at the time number 2 Oregon

not afraid to play the run, always has a nose for the play, I think he could be a gem

Not bad but we need to draft a QB at some point. Preferably between rounds 2-4

I feel like cutler and mccown are good enough going forward that we could not draft a quarterback this year and if need be sign an undrafted free agent for depth/3rd string
