@fishsports: #cowboys have brought OL Arkin back & will assign him to PSquad

Told ya they were not about to give up in him.

That's great and all, but the move makes no sense to me......He's proven year in and year out that he can't cut it, why waste more time on him by filling a spot on the practice squad, that could be taken by a younger developmental player that could have a chance to grow into a decent player.....Arkin has peaked......He's as good as he's ever gonna be, and unfortunately he's not very good

simple, he knows the system and we don't know the status of Waters injuries yet. We may need to call him back to the active roster if Waters can't go.

It does make perfect since to do this.

He sucks...I don't care how well he knows the system.....If there was concern Waters may not play, would he not have been signed back to the active roster?

It shows the lack of competence in the front office. It keeps clinging to the hope that players who stink will pan out so it can avoid having to try to evaluate offensive linemen to replace them. It's quite clear that our scouts are either unable to do that (considering we know that our "GM" certainly can't) or are instructed not to.

Pretty sure that's exactly what will happen.

Wasn't the big knock on Arkin that he wasn't string enough? That he needed time in a professional weight room?

maybe they see improvement?
