Upon reflection of this whole Dez blow up on the sidelines, I now know why it bothered me. I am not the raw, raw, cheerleading type. I am not saying that this type of individual is wrong. It takes all kinds to make a team and an organization flow. I am the silent type. I know what needs to be done and will get it done. If someone gets in my face albeit with a positive message I tend to tell them to move along. If it is a stressful situation, and someone gets in my face with what they think is positive reinforcement I may tell them something stronger than move along.
The bottom line is we have to tolerate different individuals and circumstances. We are not all the same. Those who are condemning Dez are wrong now that the facts have come up. As well those who have condemend Witten and Ware, i.e. "what has their strong silent leadership brought us" and "Witten and Ware should STFU" are wrong as well.
Let's all move on and enjoy an offensive line that will now try to function without Waters. _________________ Northland
