If we can win another game before the deadline, then I would be pretty confident we can win at least 7 on the year so would be willing to roll the dice on a 2nd. |
he was drafted with a 2nd round pick- outperformed expectations and is 22
why would we trade him away for a 2nd? |

Colts are out of the trade market, as expected by most of us the Colts elevated WR Griff Whalen from the PS today so we're going with Hilton, DHB, Brazill, Whalen and David Reed and of course Fleener _________________ Colts/Badgers/Brewers/Bucks |

Draft status is irrelevant once drafted. Just because Cleveland spent a 2nd doesn't mean he is worth a 2nd. Further, his character concerns likely devalue Gordon as well. _________________

Well... mistake didn't say "We drafted him in the 2nd why would he be worth a 2nd?"
He said" He outperformed expectations and is 22"
So, his point is still valid. If he has played like a #1 receiver (which he has) and is young, and was drafted in the 2nd round, why would he be worth a 2nd round pick? _________________

Character concerns, the fact that he's a slip up away from sitting for a year, and the fact that he's only got 2 years left on his rookie deal?
I certainly if the Browns were able to get more than a 2nd + late pick for him it'd be a deal they should take a run fast. Gordon is a hell of a player -- but he's a risk. _________________

He is 22 and 1 poor decision away from missing an entire year. That's why he isn't worth as much. _________________

Except his suspension actually does come into play here because he misses time for his own decisions which is a downfall of his.
But regardless, even 6 games is 1552 _________________
