Can't help but think what having Stallworth out there stretching the field could have done to help with the short and intermediate passes we attempted all day long yesterday.

And reading the Danny Clark thread, it makes you wonder if we would have been just as good defensively with Clark as our MLB and still have Stallworth.

Interesting to ponder.

We needed another quality WR out there today. That was evident with Joe Horn's absence.

I agree that we need another quality reciever. Henderson and Copper are only 3 and 4 guys. I do however think that moving Stallworth was a good move. He is always hurt and i'm not sure he has the best attitude.

in this game, we didn't need another reciever we needed a running game. the bears knew we were going to throw. we could of had 3 top notch recievers out there and still would not have done much...

I totally agree with u SaintsReggie, Danny Clark to me is alot better than Mark in the pass but alot againt the run. Mark misses alot of tackled but when they put Clark in hes a brick wall, and when its third and short you see who comes out and goes in right. Mark comes out and Clark goes in. Donte Stallworth is someone who i think is fixing to buss out the shell hes been in his whole carrer. So if we would have kept Donte, just picture this we would have Colston, Stallworth, Horn who is still capable of playing well, and Henderson. Thats a group for you!!
