way to go Rapids Smile Ref stole a win from the Red Bulls today w/ a horrible handball call. Cahill came up in the clutch again with a goal on the last play of the game. Shield race is really tight

He also stole a win from the Revs. Right after the handball on Olave he gave the Red Bulls make up call after make up call until they finally scored, just so happened David Carney made things a bit more difficult.

Dorman didn't deserve to be sent off (late, yes, but studs were clearly down), Henry got away with a dirty push from behind on Farrell (who was down for less than a minute, but somehow nearly 3 minutes were added), Robles somehow got away with a stonecold PK on Imbongo and he sent Farrell off before the final FK to get treatment for blood when he wasn't bleeding, leaving the Revs 11 on 9.

Total clown show for the final 10+ minutes.

Always been skeptical about Orlando and Florida in general as a soccer market but they definitely impressed in setting the USL attendance record earlier this year.

But with Miami and Orlando in play now I really hope they don't put a team in Atlanta, too.

According to SI, Brad Friedel interviewed for Crew coaching vacancy.

According to @GrantWahl just now on @FOXSoccerDaily, @friedel_b interviewed for the #Crew96 head coaching job when he was in town last month

Bliss has done a good job with the Crew, but this would fit the new trend in MLS, younger coaches with MLS playing experience. I think he already has his B license and is working on getting his A license.

Why in the world was Andy Rose starting? Wasn't 'big game experience' the main reason Seattle traded Carrasco for Moffat?

This is starting to get pathetic. 3 goals scored in the last 4 matches. 11 allowed over that same span.

Lawd jesus do we need EJ, Evans and Dempsey/Martins to get healthy. Bad time to start playing horrible.

Yes, Johnson embellished it, but Alonso was dumb to even elbow him in the first place.

Deserved red. Seattle fans shouldn't complain.

Klose linked with an MLS move again after the World Cup.

Even at his age, I'd still sign him. Have to think Montreal is one team interested, especially if they lose Di Vaio.
