The thing with Bradshaw is that he didn't play in any of our preseason games. So it is hard to gauge where he stands in relation to the offense.

With the Giants last year his foot was so banged up that he barely practiced during the week but was still able to perform (in some games much better then others). If I had him I would probably look at starting him early in the season and benching him later in the season.

With my flex spot open, I've narrowed it down to 3 choices (non ppr) T Y Hilton, Ahmad Bradshaw, Shane Vereen. All 3 should be in blowouts. My concerns with the Colts would be, with a big lead would they run more and rest Bradshaw...double whammy.

How do you guys see Vick Ballard doing in Week 1 vs. OAK? From what I'm hearing, you guys should be running all over the Raiders easily and with Bradshaw recovering from injury, Ballard may get a good chunk of carries. I was thinking of starting him as a FLEX option over Eddie Lacy (vs. 49ers) and Steve Smith (vs. Seahawks). Thanks.

I think DHB will have ample opportunities to put up[ some very good numbers this year. It all just really depends on him, he needs to focus and make some plays.

I could see DHB putting up 800-900 yards 5-6 TD's.

hell maybe more, just depends how he plays, TY will be applying some pressure.

DHB is slotted as your #2 WR. Is there anything more to this, or is he the solid #2 right now?

From experience watching DHB, the guy can be a YAC monster. If Luck is good enough to put the ball near his numbers consistently, he could have a break out year this year.

DHB is on the field in 2 WR sets. He has looked prety good. I believe I heard the main reason he is at the #2 spot is his run blocking.?

That would make a lot of sense. That's the 2nd best thing he's good at. Breaking tackles, and blocking. He's great at both, very very good mind you. Unfortunately the 3rd thing he's best at is catching the ball. It's not that he's horrid, it's just that he doesn't catch with his hands as much as you'd want. More times than I'd like to admit, he would jump and catch the ball in his chest instead of catching the ball in stride with his hands and continue running.

So what is Hilton's role expected to be on the offense? I thought he was not only going to start, but have a big year. What do you guys think a reasonable stat line prediction for him would be?

Also, I have Bradshaw and Hilton, which would be a better flex play for week 1?

I think Hilton could put up 60 900 7tds, more if he gets a role increase, but he should see plenty of touches.

tough call, I would think that Ballard will get more reps this week, but if Bradshaw has hot hand they could stick with him.

What do you guys expect for Bradshaw now that Ballard is out?

Just a couple days ago the coaching staff was talking about an even split of carries between Ballard and Bradshaw. I think that if you replace Ballard with Brown there should still be an even split but I think it should lean heavier towards Bradshaw. (Last week Ballard had 13 carries, Bradshaw had 7)

Seems like Irsay wants to trade for someone, any ideas of who he has in mind?

I'm thinking that I should swoop up Mikel Leshoure.

they talked about Leshoure on Countdown.

I would look at Mark Ingram

Any chance Trent takes the bulk of the carries this week?
