It's weird to me that even people that follow this team have no idea who is going to be the lead back. When Ball was drafted I figured he was the guy and would get 70% of the rushing yards this season. Then Hillman was named starter and gained weight and was fast and I thought, well, maybe this guy will be our leading rusher. Then Ball has some growing pains, Hillman fumbles everytime he touches the ball and Knowshon looks good to go with his good play at the end of last season, so hey, Knowshon will continue to get the reps.

Once I think all that, I subsequently read/hear that Ball will be the main guy, they are sticking with Hillman, and Knowshon will probably get the majority of the reps to due to his experience and pass blocking.

So I have no idea who the leading rusher for the season will be, let alone for tonight's game. Any opinions? I guess I go with Hillman because he's the "#1" right now.

Fox has always gone with the hot hand while slightly favoring the veteran. I would say it will be Hillman if he does not get pulled for another fumble.

I'm expecting that RB pass receptions will be a big part of the offense tonight.

The Ravens D is biased towards mid- and deep-coverage so I think that the Broncos up-tempo offense will have receivers come back for receptions and will have RBs catch short passes. TEs might do well too.

Prediction -- the Bronco running-back-by-committee gets 100+ rushing yards and 10+ receptions.

What I find interesting is we outrushed the Ravens with their 1-2 powerhouse of Rice/Bernard. Our D-line squashed their All-Pro RB to a slight 36 yard on 12 carries.
