Adam Schefter account‏@AdamSchefter

Cardinals placed rookie WR Ryan Swope on reserve/retired list due to concussions. Looks like his NFL career is over.

Thought this would interest some of you. Explains the drop. It's sad, because he is definitely talented, but health has to come first.

Dislocated and fractured. This is very similar to the injury that ended Bo Jackson's career.

Hopefully Kubiak notices all this and lessens the physicality in practice. Not to say there's much in the first place, at least as long as I've been going to TC.

Or maybe the football gods were just testing us these last couple years losing our big name players and will finally be healthy Pray Pray Pray Pray Pray

Adam Caplan ‏@caplannfl

The Texans have sincere interest in ILB Joe Mays. Realistic chance that they make him an offer over next 24 hours, per source.

He could be good as a 2 down TED backer. Probably a better run stopper than any of the ILBs on the roster minus Cushing.

He has some pass rushing skills as well. No one can take the ear off a QB like him.

With the injuries in Buffalo and the Jets, would we consider offering Yates in a trade? With Yates and Keenum being neck and neck for the #2 spot, losing one of them wouldn't be too bad. Yates has more value around the league given his playoff win. We might get some nice value out of him and if not we keep him.
