Seriously, I come on here now just to see how ridiculous Detfan/Phreak can be now. Idk, maybe it's a bit depressing on my end that I actually find them that entertaining but these two are gems I never get to deal with in actual life.

It's rediculous to ask for clarification of difference of title and OP? Give me a break. Sorry I'm detailed oriented and expect to click on thread seeing guy signed because title says it. Then see they plan to sign him.

Billy cleared it up quick.

You're silly. I have never said anything any more out of line than you have. I have even asked for clarification as to what you didn't understand multiple times and you can't even express that. But I am the ridiculous one? Maybe the problem lies in the understanding? Just a thought.

Schillens, eh?

I remember when he was being hyped up on here big time. Looks like we found Megatron 2.0.

Just kidding, guys. It's a shame that I have to put that disclaimer...

I kinda agree, but I don't really find it entertaining. More like a bad car wreck you see coming but you can't help but watch...

I think he could be a solid 4/5 compared to past 4/5

Not saying much but depth WR has been issue

Yeah I remember when Schilens was on the Raiders like every season he was hyped as this is the year he breaks out in fantasy...never happened due to a lot of factors, mainly his health.

That being said with our current depth at WR I could see him making the team as a 4/5. Even if he manages to do that I'm not expecting much production wise from him.

Would have rather had Brandon Lloyd, Steve Breaston or Laurent Robinson. Schilens will have a chance to make the team but almost entirely by default, just not much there at WR after Calvin.

I like Chaz, He's got great size. An on certain plays the offense can now get creative with BIG's as miss-matches. A two TE set with Calvin Johnson/Chaz Schillens will cause a major miss match somewhere in the secondary in terms of size. Not saying Schillens is going to be an all pro but I expect the Lions will use him well on the opposite side of Calvin in the redzone and possibly other packages. Might also give more wiggle room for Reggie Bush to work his routes. Just a guess on my part though.

Schwartz was talking on the radio the other day (I think they were playing a clip - I wasn't in the car long) and he seemed really high on Schilens.

Yeah I wasn't too happy at first. But Laurent is done like Best..Breaston has injuries like every season too...And there is a reason Lloyd doesn't stick with any team...Chaz is really unknown and has great measurables. Now has a QB throwing to him and hes healthy.
