Where do we stand on invites, Cbears? I don't think I've gotten one.

Just a head's up, I run an ESPN league of my own and some of my owners who use Gmail haven't been getting their invites. I'm not sure if this is a common issue but as a Gmail user myself I thought I'd throw it out there.

Are we down to place a friendly wager on this league gentleman?

I'm not sure what kind of cut LeagueSafe takes, it might not be worth it

I'm on vacation right now, if I get a chance I'll set something up, otherwise it'll probably be Monday night-ish.

http://leaguesafe.com/howitworks

it looks like the only fee is they take 3% if you pay your league fee by credit card, and then whoever wins gets $1.50 taken out to have the check printed and mailed to them.

Alright, which site should I use for this? Which is the easiest to use?

What setup are we doing?

PPR and dynasty would make me very happy. I know for a fact that NFL.com doesn't have a lot of options so I think that rules that out. I think ESPN has enough options. The trick is finding a site that does dynasty if that's what we are doing- every site has PPR.

I believe that is exactly what we're doing.

I vastly prefer ESPN. I'm in a yahoo league for fantasy baseball, and the interface is utter trash. I don't have anything against NFL, but I think most people would be familiar with ESPN, and if they aren't, the learning curve is very low.

I love ESPN too, but do they offer dynasty league setups?

Yeah, you can set pretty much as many keepers as you want.

I created a league here:

http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/leagueoffice?leagueId=352104

With extra bench slots, and the total number of keepers set to 14. My thinking here is the roster size is 19, and we will have a 5 round rookie/non-kept players draft each year. We'll need to do an offline draft for said purpose. For the inaugural season, we can opt for an online draft, or, if we wish to allow people to trade draft picks to move up/down, we can do a draft here on the forums.

I'm fine doing something like that if people want to make pick trades, but not on the forum. That would be too frustrating and hard to keep track of I think. If we wanted to do something through either Facebook or some site that allows chats then that could work.

Thoughts?
