Depends on what our definition of "effectively" is.
If it means "Not almost set the NFL record for run defense ineptitude" then yes I think we can do it.
If it means top 20? Yeah no. _________________

This is a very tough one. I don't know if we've done enough up front to say that we will be able to stop the run, but I also don't know what kind of an impact our new DC/scheme will have. I honestly can't say one way or the other on this one... _________________

I think so. IMO we will be much better against the run than we were last season. Lets not forget we signed Alan Branch who is very solid against the run. Plus with Dareus holding the NT spot down, I really think our run D will be vastly improved. It really all depends on how the ILBs play. If Kiko and Nigel can make plays we'll be all right. _________________

We have the talent to and now that our scheme isn't so vanilla I can see us perform much better on run D. I thought that when we actually played defense with a little differentiation last season we had much better success against the run, but I could be wrong. _________________
