ESPN Chicago reports the Hawks are talking to Khabibulin.

The Bulin wall! That would be a nice reunion. Solid veteran backup.

Done deal. 1 year contract. A bunch of people can take those Khabibulin jerseys back out of moth balls now for a while.

Guarantee the water bottle on that guy's net is full of vodka every game.

I don't care that Bieber held the cup (well, I do, but that's only because I haven't), but I AM angry that he stepped on the crest in the locker room...

That kid is such a poser. There are photos of him going around wearing Detroit, LA, and Boston hats. There's a similar thread going on in the General forum about Kapernick wearing a Dolphin's hat. Kids today don't care what's on their hat. I see kids walking about Chicago all the time wearing flat-brim Colorado Rockies hats halfway falling off of their heads.

Also, sounds like Antti Raanta will play for Rockford this year.

^^^

Yeah I hate when people wear other teams' merchandise just as a fashion statement. In high school a friend once met up with us wearing flat brimmed Pittsburgh Pirates hat because it "went well with his shoes"! Wtf...."Wanna go shopping for a yellow and black skirt? Because that's what you sound like."

But yeah, screw Bieber.

Who cares what people wear. If that's all that matters to you then you better open up your eyes and see what's the real problems are in this world.

It's not all that matters to us, just something that rubs us the wrong way.

Hawks looking to extend Q - no brainer.

Kruger continues to talk with them about a new contract.

Hossa will NOT have surgery.

Quote:
Marcus Kruger - C - Blackhawks
Marcus Kruger is "very close" to re-signing with the Chicago Blackhawks, according to GM Stan Bowman.
"We expect it to get done in the next couple of days," Bowman said. Based on what Kruger's agent said earlier, it will probably be a two-year deal. Kruger is a skilled penalty killer and a solid bottom-six forward.

git er done

Kruger resigned for 2 years according to PHT.

This has been a much better offseason than after the last cup win.

Agreed, while I understand it is not a major issue to the posters here, more just a relevant issue to speak of.

Personally I don't care about Bieber. I don't like his music but I can name 100 celebs that annoy me worse than him.

Its his fanatical following that I loathe. Kissing the dirty a$$ ground he stood on, cutting themselves over his use of a rec drug, threatening any girl seen sitting near him, ugh. I'm all for Beliber-genocide. Twisted Evil

Yea - I agree with IronMike84 that he's just a giant poser.

What? He's not a poser. He's actually quite intimidating. Laughing

Good. I didn't like Carcillo.
