I had high hopes for the guy, but I just don't think he'll ever mature and that'll hold him back in life.

A.J. McCarron on the other hand, that's a guy who has all his ducks in a row. I think him and Bridgewater (if he declares) are going to be the most successful QBs to come out of this draft class.

Since we were on the topic of lifting, when any of you do legs, do lunges work and are they that important to do? Always neglected them.

It really depends on what you're lifting for. Lunges are really great for sports and sprinting, but you can live without them if you're just going for size. One big advantage though is that you can get a lot of work in with less weight on your back.

But they are good for overall fitness since you can work in long sets to fit in a cardio factor to your workouts, but then again you can just do 100+ body weight squats for that, too.

.

I want to see him apologize to the guy who "mishandled" his sample last year when he was caught. And want to see him admit he was taking something.

I wanna know what these guys are taking. HGH? Hard steroids? Or the test boosters and pro hormones over the counter at GNC? I mean is your health really worth it ?

Tuesdays aren't so bad when you work 4 day weeks. After Tuesday you're halfway done Cool

I always fashion my week like so:

Monday: write-off
Tuesday: write-off

Get through those 2 as quick as possible.

Wednesday: BIG TURNING POINT..in the morning, the week is still just starting. In the afternoon, the week is almost over.

Thursday: Week is almost done / weekend prep.
Friday: write-off, week is over

Yay!
