On my phone, here's the link.

Sounds like some more modern updates.

Now if we can get a scoreboard monitor that is bigger than my smartphone, we will be in business.

Obviously, we all care about winning, first and foremost. But that being said, the stadium experience at CBS is pretty lousy (and not just because we usually lose).

It seems like the big ticket changes to the stadium will happen next year, but even some small changes (like a few in the article) will make a difference.

And finally, I had my fingers crossed for wiener dog races. What a relief that they added them! Laughing

yup. the reduced prices at the jake ($4 tall boys of rolling rock and strohs on the upper deck) have drawn me to more tribe games this year than ever before. i can bring $40 and get a ticket, hot dog, and be decently buzzed at the end of the game.

Quote:
The Cleveland Browns have picked Los Angeles-based architect Gensler to "design a major renovation" of the Browns' FirstEnergy Stadium, according to a report by SportsBusinessDaily.com.

Sources also told the website that Turner Construction has been named general contractor for the two-year project, which is “expected to cost more than $100 million.”

http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2013/07/post_171.html

The details of the renovations are not yet known, but $100 million should result in some notable changes. A new scoreboard would have to part of it, I'd think.
