I work at at&t as a supervisor for a relatively low-traffic store. Every now and then a Seahawk player will stroll in because of the low-traffic, and handle their phone issues. Russel Wilson comes in quite alot actually, he's a real fun guy.

Anyway, Golden Tate struts in and I'm here with one other person working. He needs me to audit his bill to make some adjustments, and typically I'm not like this but suddenly, the Cowboy fan in me comes out and I say:

Me: "Yeah man, I can definitely do that for you..."

Tate: "Cool, thanks..."

Me: "...if you can admit that you hit Sean Lee with a dirty block."

Tate: "What?"

Me: "Nothing. I have to handle something in the backroom, she [coworker] will be right with you."

I dunno if I'm gonna get negative feedback from this, but damn it felt good. Lol

That's funny. I had a funny interaction with an NFL player, too.

This last Halloween, I dressed up elaborately as an old man and went to a Halloween party. Michael Floyd was there. He was dressed very nice, business professional. Button down shirt, tie, slacks, dress shoes. I went to say hi and introduce myself.

He said, "Man, your costume is classic! I love it!"

I said, "Thanks! What are you supposed to be?"

He said, "I'm a black financial advisor. I bet you've never seen one of those before!!!"

Lmao, that's rich. I love it when celebs or famous athletes can come down and socialize like it's no big deal.

Actually had one of those:

In the mid 90's I was in college at UF and in a computer lab late night and Emmitt Smith and Danny Wuerfful walked in, and I looked right at Emmitt and you know what I said???

Absolutely nothing.....

Should have come running out of the back room and blind-sided him.
