Ok. I'll take Sanford at #35.

Below average player, great character and work ethic.

The boys lacrosse state tournament starts Tuesday, and Eden Prairie is expected to win it. The Eagles are not only undefeated, but they’ve won by an average of 10 goals a game. Many of those goals have been scored by JD and Ronnie Spielman, and their rather famous father couldn’t be more proud.

Rick Spielman: “Didn’t know anything about the game until we moved up here to Minnesota. They’re pretty rough-house around the house, and we said, ‘Listen, instead of playing soccer this year, you can run around and hit each other with sticks, how does that sound?’” And they said, ‘Oh, we’d love to do that.’”

Very impressive. They both seem like they are great athletes.

I have been way too busy to go fishing, but as my crewmate here implies "Just peace out and relax." Good things come to those who wait.

True....

Debating between Bishop or Greg Childs.

You guys think Childs has a chance to do anything in the NFL? Sounds like he could be back early in camp, but I have no idea if tearing both tendons like he did will take away things that he used to be able to do or not...

I doubt Childs does anything of circumstance this year.

Yeah, I can see that with all our other WR's...just love what he's done to try and get back to where he was.

Bishop is no guarentee either.

His injury could lead to serious complications down the road.

I just thought of this idea, but what would everyone think about doing like adopt a future Viking along with our current Vikings. This could be potential targets in free agency for this next off season, or college players who we could pick in the next draft. That way we could have improved discussions leading up to the off season?

Unless you can see the future, I don't see how it could work.
