thanks. I know man vrs zone blocking but ive never heard of pbs in the passing game. I guess pbs = man blocking?

To the best of my knowledge, that is accurate although there are touches of zone in a lot. Not too many teams run one pure scheme anymore it seems from what I see.

Both players showed off the reasons why they are the top two quarterbacks in camp, as Flynn has proven to be accurate in his short playing career in the league, while Pryor is explosive with a strong arm

Menelik Watson was battling with Khalif Barnes at right tackle and if the season started now the veteran would be ahead, but Allen will give him every chance to win the starting job.

Yeah, let's trust a guy who can't even put a Raider pic of Flynn up from some no name site.

Profootball Focus takes a look at the talent level of the Raiders roster. I haven't really had the chance to look it over but thought i'd share.

Just did a quick look and I disagree with Rod Streater being below average.

Kind of surprised they didn't have anyone being considered poor. I'd rather have an average team with small holes then a team with a handful of dominant players with a couple of huge holes that get burned all the time.

Pretty cool chart. Thanks.

They are overrating Branch and underrated Streater and Sims IMO.

Yeah, they note in the article that it leaves out Sio Moore, which wouldn't be graded because he's a rookie.

Here's how I would rank it:

Offense

Elite
none

High Quality
LT Jared Veldheer
FB Marcel Reece

Above Average
RB Darren McFadden
OC Stefen Wisnewski

Average
QB Matt Flynn
WR Denarius Moore
WR Jacoby Ford
WR Rod Streater (not sure which of 2 of these 3 would start)

Below Average
RG Mike Brisiel
TE David Ausberry
RT Khalif Barnes
LG Tony Bergstrom

Defense

Elite
none

High Quality
DE Lamar Houston

Above Average
DT Vance Walker
LB Kevin Burnett
DT Pat Sims (if he's a role player)

Average
FS Charles Woodson
DE Andre Carter (age)
SS Tyvon Branch
LB Nick Roach
CB Joselio Hansen
DT Pat Sims (if he plays a majority of snaps)

Below Average
CB Tracy Porter
CB Mike Jenkins

I have no idea how he's ranked higher than Brisiel and Barnes either. What's the sample to grade Bergstrom? Unknown is the grade i would give him.

Darren McFadden isn't above average either. He's borderline elite (but injury prone).

i used to think dmac was elite (injuries aside) but imo he is below average in zbs so id agree with above average

Dang Houston looks to be leaner than last year. Certainly doesnt look like a 300lb DL.

Been working with Randy Couture and Jay Glazer this offseason as well I believe.

No RB is great at both systems, they are two different skill sets.

gotcha...
