This isn't definite but sportrac is listing Cruz with a current salary of 2,879,000 and is no longer shown as a 2013 free agent.

It would appear that Cruz has signed his tender.

Again nothing official as of yet.

This just makes me laugh.

Saying he's focusing on it is somewhat not true, he's giving it attention. But at the end of the article it says his top priority is to win another SB for us.

Let the man want what he wants ... granted it's not the best time to do so. But nonetheless its his life and we shouldn't be judging him on it.

Apparently he still wants to have his own show, just not a reality show. He doesn't want to come off as the WR diva stereotype, but wants to have his own separate, easy thing or something. I'm personally fine with it as long as he's resigned and he doesn't become Ochocinco or something.

I wonder if Jay-Z's agency had any influence on this

if he wants a TV show, NY is the place for him to be. especially since there's no team in LA... Anxious

I realize they're at completely different points in their careers but...if Cruz actually enjoys playing for the Giants and doesn't care AS much about the money...he needs to just man up and sign.

Im not sure whats the difference between a reality show and just a normal show. There both just distractions. He should be 100% on football at this point IMO. I don't want a diva WR on the team.
He should be concentrate on not dropping the ball as much this year.

Can we really afford Eli, Nicks and Cruz on massive contracts? Thats going to be at least 35-40 mil per season on 3 players?

Maybe time to let Randle step up and get some nice draft picks for Cruz. I don't think he can maintain his production level anyway.

Problem with Nicks though, is he is never 100% healthy.
