I saw recently some talking heads on NFL channel. They stated that missing OTA's for a rookie causes them to not improve from Rookie to 2nd season. They stated could see big improvement from 2nd to 3rd season.

3 Questions:

1. Do you think this is true?
2. If so, are the way the Bears handling the Long situation assist in minimizing this affect?
3. Will the NFL moving back the draft & OTA prevent this in the future?
