I'm so pumped about this class. Even though I disagree with the Dallas Thomas pick and didn't like trading up to get Will Davis, I still have high expectations. Ireland did his job and now it's time for Philbin to put it together. Let's get a RT and get moving.
I also didn't like the trading up for Will Davis but Dallas Thomas was really good for Tennessee last year, will not complain about that selection.

I agree. I read that Thomas was only moved to G bc Tiny Richardson is a beast. Future first rounder.

Thomas also kept Melvin Ingram and Clowney to two total tackles. None for loss.

Tiny is a beast for sure, Thomas is someone we will be extremely happy with.

Those would be my two picks I didn't like too. Every year I have one or two late round guys I really like and one or two I really don't.

2012:

Like - Keestan Randle, Matthews, and Miller
Dislike - Cunningham and Egnew

2011:

Like - Gates, Clay, Wilson
Dislike - Thomas

2010:

Like - Jones
Dislike - Misi, Jerry, Edds

Other than Gates, the guys I liked have performed at or above their draft status. The guys I didn't have performed below their draft status.

For 2013:

Like: Taylor, Sims, Gillislee, Sturgis
Dislike - Thomas, Davis

Let's see how it turns out.

Is it me or what ...!?!?
I've never seen the Palm Beach Post or the Herald so pumped up about UDFA rookies we signed.

Statements flyin around about 11 possible new starters in Mia !!!
Whut !!
Personally I'd like to see QB Devlin step up as a back up this Pre Season.
That would make me feel better about next yr !

Hmmm...???

I really want Kovacs on the team, not because of his story or skill, but because I really want to call one of the players Rorschach....

### The Dolphins were very impressed by how rookie rookie cornerbacks Jamar Taylor and Will Davis looked in rookie minicamp. One source said they appeared more polished than Vontae Davis and Sean Smith in their first minicamps.

While I really like Taylor, saying that him and Davis are more polished at this point than VD and Smith were isn't saying much.

It's like saying they look better than a Stork with rigor mortis and a Drunk guy. Laughing

Of all the draft pks, to me ... Dallas Thomas is the #1 key to this Mia draft class being the best overall.

I still cant believe that we waited after the 2nd rnd to address the Oline.

Go DT !!!

Jeez ... I just got done watching highlights to all 4 Deff Rookies drafted after the 1st rnd.
J. Taylor, W. Davis, J. Jenkins & D. Jones ... and the one common denominator is ABSOLUTE SPEED!

These guys aren't going to floor you with the imposing physical presence but they are all
great athletes & they can fly.

It's interesting to me what a change of direction from what we've seen in yrs past from the
typical Parcells/Ireland M/O.

I fully expect K. Croyle to take our 4/3 Deff to new hight's in 2013.
God knows he's had the better end of our:
* front 7 last/this yr
* #3 pk Dion Jordan
* 2 new FA LBs (Ellerbe & Wheeler)
* FA CB B. Grimes
* Drafted 4 CBs

Time to deliver an arse thumpin Croyle
