But it was the Raiders fault. It was the culture. They cant develop players. Still havent seen a player peform that much better after they left Oakland in a long time. Oh well. Have fun in jail.

Not that I disagree with your point, but Raiders fans continuing to re-state this -- do you realize that what you're essentially saying is "It wasn't that we couldn't develop them -- it was just that we picked terrible players for years"?

And you won't find many Raiders fans that disagree.

2004 Gallery
2005 Washington
2006 Huff
2007 Russell
2008 DMC
2009 Heyward-Bey
2010 McClain
2011 No Pick
2012 No Pick

Evil or Very Mad

Hopefully those days are over with McKenzie in charge.

Raiders have been catch 22 for a decade. Draft the safe pick Gallery, McClain and they bust.

Draft the workout warrior, they bust.

I've never seen such all around terrible drafting in the first round of picks, ever. Can only hope they find success with the changes in the FO.

You find me a Raider fan who thinks Al Davis drafted great. You wont find many. We pretty much knew we didnt draft well for a very long time.

The raiders have gotten the raw deal on a lot of top 10 picks in the last decade....damn shame

I laughed for a few moments, I couldn't believe it. This guy had a great shot to contribute to the Baltimore Ravens. I hope he fades from memory quickly.

P.S. It took me a few moment to realize it wasn't Le'Ron McLcain who retired. I just got back from the pub and I was confused. Funny!
