this.
the most interesting tidbit imo was the mention of the cafeteria being terrible pre-Haslem. how the hell do you pay athletes millions of dollars to play for the Browns then feed them crap? one would think there would be league-wide standards when it comes to nutrition. |
I thought the same thing.
The idea that they didn't have the very best food available never entered my mind. It's like buying a Ferrari and filling up with 87 octane. Anyone who has ever worked out knows the value of proper nutrition. _________________ First Ballot Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee. |

And taken Jamie Collins in the second.
I'm actually upset if this is true. That's a tom of picks. |
If Tom Heckert had taken Julio Jones instead of trading down, they probably would have made the trade.
Likely, the only reason the move wasn't made. |
I ment to gt back to this but never did.
Why do you think this?
Also, had we taken julio jones, we likely would have not taken josh gordon. So we would have had that second round pick this year. _________________ 2013 First Ballot Recipient of the Joe Blackburn Award |

Actually, I expect we would have taken a QB at 6 had we not made the trade _________________

Because it would appear that they looked at what previous regimes did in the past in a negative light.
Heckert traded down with a blue chipper like Jones available, so therefore Banner wouldn't do the same.
The position or player is irrelevant in my statement. I could have been clearer about that. |
