AHHH GIANTS GAME OR PATRIOTS GAME. We'll beat the Giants and it will be warmer, or we'll lose to the Pats and it will be cold. But then I'll experience a night game.

AHHHH. DECISIONS. Maybe both?

All things being equal, I see a 12-4 season per our schedule and how the games are spread out.

I really like our schedule. Baltimore in the opener is very good! Then tough match-ups to test the make-up of the team, entertaining storylines and a lighter stretch in December with one bigger test at Houston to go into the playoffs on high alert.

12-4/ 13-3 is my prognosis.

I just wonder why it is the Pats on the roamad again since last year that was the scheduling, too? 2009 was the last time NE was in Denver.

We play them at home next year.

I don't see how this is the easiest schedule in the league.

Because record-wise Oakland/KC/Philly/Tenn/Jax/SD had bad records. It's only based on last years records.

It was pretty much guaranteed based on the rest of the AFC West last year.

The first half of the schedule is a lot tougher. Good to see the bye week right in the middle of the year. Nice to see us getting the full load of prime time games.

And, wow, the MNF schedule SUCKS! ESPN is paying $1b for that?

I see a 12-4 (at worst) to 14-2 ( at best ) season spread.

Only 3 home games in the 2nd half of the season sucks.

Cantor Gaming released their point spread predictions:
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/action-aplenty-091047961--nfl.html

Broncos are favorites in 13 of the first 15 games. Only the NE Patriots are favored against the Broncos (week 12 in Foxboro). The other game is a pick'em at Houston.

1: Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos (-7, -120)
2: Denver Broncos (-1) at New York Giants
3: Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos (-13.5)
4: Philadelphia Eagles at Denver Broncos (-7.5)
5: Denver Broncos (-2.5) at Dallas Cowboys
6: Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos (-14, -105)
7: Denver Broncos (-3.5) at Indianapolis Colts
8: Washington Redskins at Denver Broncos (-6)
9: BYE
10: Denver Broncos (-3) at San Diego Chargers
11: Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos (-7.5)
12: Denver Broncos at New England Patriots (-1.5)
13: Denver Broncos (-4) at Kansas City Chiefs
14: Tennessee Titans at Denver Broncos (-10)
15: San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos (-6.5)
16: Denver Broncos at Houston Texans (PK)
17: (no prediction for Oakland game)

So their way-too-early predictions is for 13 or 14 wins.

At least there will be some competitive, meaningful games at the tail end of the season. Even if only on a small level, the lack of a challenge in the second half last year had to be a detriment.

$1.9 Billion per year. Maybe a playoff game and no SB. Wow!
