B60 what kind of breakfasts do you like to have in order to get the best gainz possible?

Best breakfast possible for optimal gaaaaaaaaaainnnnzzzz would be, probably sweet potatoes and eggs covered in olive oil...

You wanna get around 100 grams of carbs and 50-0 grams or so of protein and atleast 20 or more grams of fat(the more fat the better). with in the first 2 hours so of you wakin up, if your eatin more optimal gains.. but in my opinion , its better to break those up, have two small breakfast if that makes sense.... cause your body goes from being "starved" while it sleeps and now its waking up and but isnt all the way warmed up, like your system needs some time to warm up to run optimally, give it fuel to turn on, but dont give it all its fuel so it wont eat it up in its starved state so fast and burn on a nast blood sugar crash, 2 to 3 hours later.

Just remember you dont wanna faaawwk your whole day up getting sloppy with sugar in the morning, like orange juice and appple juice, sugary energy drinks, pastries stuff like that.

Focus on the balance and include as much good fat as you can. so develop a steady insulin response to handle the days macros. 2 cupss of oats with peanut butter and 6 eggs with olive oil or fried egg sandwhich on whole wheat bread with olive oil and avacado and BROtien-shake with fruit greek yogurt.. balance braaa.

i know your on the go ... like in the morning if i cant cook and im on the go, i slam a BROtien shake.. and head out, on my way grab a plain yogurt, a fruit yogurt and mix them and some sunflower seeds and a couple brotien bars, powerbars or like balance bars or something around those lines and graze on that over the next hour and half or so...

Your breakfast might look different to if you train early in the morning too.

So today, I'm just chilling in my pocket, looking right, my man runs a 5 yard corner, throw an pin point pass over one defender and in front of another before the wideout tiptoes in bounds.

SKILLZ
