I have zero problem admitting this: Fales accuracy is unbelievable.

After watching back to back highlights of Bridgewater and Fales... just some of my thoughts.

Bridgewater is better athlete for sure, and his pure arm strength is better... flicks the ball. His footwork sucks at times (forcing his to throw with only his arm and decreases his accuracy), too often takes his first read instead of following progression, and looks to tuck and run instead of pass at times.

Fales accuracy, reads, and footwork are great. Can extend the play with his feet but continues to look downfield. Head on a swivel when he is the good and distributes to multiple options very well. Can take a hit (ouch). He might not have elite arm, but have excellent zip on the ball and when he can step into his throws his power is more than adequate to out throw his WRs...

Both these guys are prove it for me.

also watched a logan thomas film... amazing physically, but omg he sucks. he should switch to tackle...

Also it's worth watching Tajh Boyd. He has everything you can't teach physically and he's also tough and poised.

Agreed.

Boyd would be much more highly thought of if he were 2 inches taller.

I think there are 5-6 guys in this draft that could end up being top 10 picks if they have a great year and improve, or could drop and be 2nd-4th rounders if they have a bad last year (like Barkley, Wilson, etc.).

David Fales, Tajh Boyd, Derek Carr, Johnny Manziel, and Teddy Bridgewater for sure. Heck, probably McCarron, Thomas, and Mettenberger too.

Plus guys like Murray and Franklin who will never be first rounders but will definitely get drafted.

im a huge fan of Fales. Right now he is my #1 QB I want the Browns to get.

I feel like the Browns could trade up and get Fales. So if Weeden bombs we can get a legit BPA top10 then trade up for Fales.

Out of college went to Nevada and was never going to see playing time because of Colin Kaepernick. Went the JUCO route than transferred to San Jose State.

from the tape I have watched on him, he is very impressed. He is a small school QB but doesnt have small school size when he is 6'3 220lb

IF Weeden flops I wouldn't be surprised to hear this name as a fit for Norv Turners vertical offence: Zach Mettenberger LSU

I still feel that Marcus Mariota will be a factor if he comes out for next years draft. I also feel that this upcoming QB class is way better in regards to potential 1st round talent.

Peace!!

Using Chud in 07 and what Turner did in SD as a baseline.

Oh and WHY?

I like Boyd but he is a much better fit for a WCO. Teddy is perfect for our system.

Good Question. I'd say Derek Carr and Teddy Bridgewater personally. They're the cannon arms in this draft. Mettenberger and McCarron could be fits too I guess. Other than Bridgewater I'm sure who I like at the end of the season will be very different from who I like now.

I will say the idea of the Cleveland Browns drafting a guy named Fales to play QB would make it a bit too easy for the national pundits.
