Good luck making the roster

wasted pick when you think about the players left.

They might be planning on sliding him on the practice squad.

he is strictly blocking TE, IMO. Think Brody Eldridge!

Im fine with it, but probably should of been UDFA, DaRick Rogers was still there would much rather roll the dice with him!

You know what is great about your analysis Phobixx if you offer so much in the way of insight. I mean, "good luck making the roster" ... very insightful. I would be surprised if you could name the Colts 3rd TE, and since every team carries 3 TE's that might be an important piece of information. Not to mention, if you do know the Colts 3rd TE but left him out of a post in which you claim a 3rd TE can't make the team ... that is probably worse then if you didn't know the 3rd TE.

Also, some insight on the great players that are left that no team with the previous 253 picks thought was warranted. Thats the type of insight lacking on a post that really doesn't deliver anything useful what-so-ever.

Anyways, the Colts 3rd TE is Wesley Saunders and it is hard to imagine Cunningham would beat him out his rookie year. But Saunders is a Pittsburgh holdover from the Bruce Arian's days, and Pep Hamilton might need someone with some more receiver capability.

Both Mayock and Grigson commented on the guys blocking ability, but also mentioned that he was a better receiver than given credit for. I also wonder at 6'2 and 258 lbs if he brings some potential HB or FB versatility that Saunders doesn't. A very intriguing player with a lot of upside if you ask me, who probably goes to the PR this year and has the long road to the active roster ... the same way most 7th rounders do.

Was this supposed to be some smart [inappropriate/removed] retort?
