100% true. It isn't that Manning isn't a good leader, and doesn't care about the team, it's just that he believes that he is the best thing for the team, and focuses on that. I just hope that both Brock, and Zac learn from Manning's example. Besides it is the coaching staff's responsibility to teach and mold the young players.

I like Dysert, and I like Osweiller too. Both are raw, and it wouldn't surprise me if the Broncos drafted another QB next year too.

At this point I think Elway as earned enough respect to be given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to personnel decisions.

Kidding. Some skills to work with. He can sit for awhile and who knows.

Besides Favre most QBs are close w/ there clipboard holders.

But Peyton Manning must be so mad right now. He's going to walk into meetings and have to listen to Osweiler and Dysert chat: "Bro." "Bro." "Bro." "Bro." Bro." Bro.
Laughing I stole punchline off twitter but it made me lol

How about undrafted free agents? Here are some of my favorites (with about 3 picks to go)

Ray Polk - S
Tyler Bray - QB

Others?

Can't see Bray coming here w/ Dysert. I think some team w/ court him more w/ a better situation.

Lawrence Okoye the british freak athlete could be a fun guy to try and develop. A lot of upside. I like Mark Harrison and is a good option at WR and imo could be a starter in the NFL.

I see the twitterati has already proclaimed Dysert to beat Osweiler out Rolling Eyes

won't happen. he's our new Kubiak. Great reliever, but as a starter is easier to game plan for.

I didnt mean this yr. I meant in long run I could see Dysert being better. I really liked Dysert coming. Tools wise he was mid round prospect.

After being somewhat disappointed yesterday, I love what we did today. A high-upside pass rusher, a deep threat WR, some OL depth and a big time value QB. That's a great day from Elway.

Not grading it but just saying that we did pretty good last year and I think this year is way better. Last year we were all unsure of Wolfe - look what he did....read on. Today I am more excited about Williams than I was about Wolfe so this year wins over last. Ball will start and elway07's post showing that big backs like LT, Thomas, Dorset etc can come out of college be bangers in the NFL for years shows Ball has the potential so this year wins over last (Osweiller the potential pick that we have to wait on still to judge - though it could be an awesome pick). Then last years third we took Ronnie - a change of pace back who was used sparingly. We might even out here with the Kayvon third pick but I like what I see from Kayvon. Love what they did with the D. A true Bronco fan new our D was a lot of smoke and mirrors last year and that there were huge issues to address. They did. Love our front 7. Sadly I have never gone to a Bronco game in Denver (just Detroit and we always seem to lose to those losers!) but if I was in Denver I would call our D the Wolfe pack. He's not our leader in sacks but what a great name and every time our D gets a sack I would howl like a wolf. Can u imagine the stadium erupting with howls after every sack. Love it!! To the new dawn - orange revived!!

I agree.

All in all I'm very happy with what we did this weekend. I think everyone we drafted has a high upside and low risk of totally busting. We might not have gotten any future Hall of Famers but I think we got several players who will start, contribute and play in the league for a long time.

I'm glad we picked Dysert. He definitely has that potential that could make him a trade target down the line, IMO. He was a composed leader and he's really good inside the pocket. His accuracy is questionable outside the pocket though, and that's where he needs to work things out.

Still, it'll be cool to watch he and Osweiler push each other.
