Congrats! I hate that we passed over him. I love his speed and his attacking the LOS. Great pick _________________

I'm hoping that Arthur Brown gets #56... I like that number on him. Its where he was drafted, it's a linebacker number, and it's a number that he can truly make his own.
... the only problem is Josh Bynes has that number.
Hopefully Brown would be willing to pay him for that number... or something. The only other two numbers available 57 and 59. Of those two, I'd prefer 57. While 59 looks cooler, I can't really think of any prominent players in NFL history that have worn 57. Brown could end up, if he excels like the way I believe he can, as the best/most decorated player in NFL history to wear that number. _________________

Well, we know he won't be wearing #52. I don't really mind, between #57 and #59, and think he can make either number his own over the coming years.
Can't wait to see this guy on the field, and in what has the makings of a special Ravens defense. _________________

I think it'd be funny if he went with 59. Then he and Elam will be playing with the same #s as people they're helping to replace (Elam with #31 which was Pollard's, and Brown with #59 which was Ellerbe's) _________________

I think he's more likely to get #54 from Adrian Hamilton than #56 from Bynes... and he wore #4 college so it makes even more sense. That's what I think would be the best choice. I can't think of any great Ravens that have worn that number either so he can make it his own. _________________

Yeah, I know that's the logical choice, I just like 56 because its a constant reminder of where he was drafted. Like I thought Elam would've been perfect for 32.
I just think it would be nice to have that. Like a constant motivation.
Though in Elam's case, 31 can make some sense... because 31 teams passed on him before the Ravens took him. _________________

Yeah, I agree, that would be cool. Of course those two numbers had to be already taken. I would've liked 32 for Elam a lot more than 31, not only for the reason you just mentioned but, also, I just don't think he looks like a 31.
But, yeah, after actually paying attention to what you were trying to say, I like that idea a lot. _________________
