With the 203rd pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select:

So Daniel Jeremiah says a lot of scouts went out to watch this guy and were impressed.

Can't hurt to have him compete for a spot on the O-line.

Looks like we really beat the bushes scouting this year. This makes two D2 selections so far.

Rumor has it he had a 4th round grade from some, so having nothing else to go on, I'll just say that this pick has some potential.

Apparently 21 teams went to his pro day. That's a ton for a lower profile guy like Jensen. I know nothing about him other than he's supposedly athletic and has a nasty temperament. That works for me. There wasn't/isn't anybody left on the board I'm hoping for anyways.

I remember people saying last year that Ozzie and co were a little dismayed when their draft board was decimated halfway through the draft. Too many organisations now that are following the same principles as the Ravens when evaluating players.

So I think we'll see more and more of them looking at small school prospects, and hopefully finding some gems.

We drafted him as a center according to Harbaugh on the NFLN, he's expected to compete with Gino.

Yep, I heard that too. If nothing else it seems like he's versatile. I still expect a veteran C to brought in too.

That makes sense, then. I would expect Gino to win the starting job, but Jensen should at least keep him honest and hopefully stick around as a back up.

Yea, not sure we had much interior depth with the departures of Williams and Birk.
