Dolphins are figuring it out and getting the personnel in place to compete inside the division. How did the Giants beat the Pats? Get pressure on Brady with a great front 4, constantly making him uncomfortable and not allowing him a clean pocket. The Dolphins could potentially send a front 4 of Jordan-Odrick-Starks-Wake at him. And without Welker killing us in the slot and more athletic LBers to cover the TE's the foundation is being laid.

Ya....but Amendola....if he stays healthy....will still give us plenty to deal with in Welkers place.

Seriously doubt he'll be there but Menelik Watson.

Maybe, but if Brady is having to get rid of the ball or rushing throws...Amondola may be negated....

With the 12th overall selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select:

DE Dion Jordan, Oregon University

The Dolphins came into the offseason with two primary needs and one common theme, team speed. No one does speed in college football like the Oregon Ducks, and Dion Jordan is the type of explosive player that can hopefully develop into an absolute terror off the edge. With Cameron Wake on one side and last year's 3rd round selection Olivier Vernon progressing nicely, Jordan can fill a role as a pass rush specialist as he develops into a better all around player. Jordan's length, size and speed are things that simply cannot be coached, and under the tutilage of one of the better pass rushers in the game today, the Dolphins are confident that Jordan will become what Jason Taylor used to be for the Miami Dolphins.

Dated December 30, 2012. You're welcome everyone!
