What about this guy?? http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/story/9908198

Alex Gibbs. Im not that sure that our personnel fits the style, since they usually have faster and smaller linemen, but still the man is certainly acomplished and would definitely be able to start the much needed turnaround at our biggest weaknes. Come on Al break the bank for tha sake of the O Line!!!! .

A huge blow to the Falcons and it could be the best pickup Oakland could make this offseason. I would be absolutely ecstatic to see him go to Oakland.

You are right on about the personnel, but then again it's not like starting from scratch will be a huge loss for us.

If Russ Grimm gets passed over for the Pittsburgh coaching position, I'd *love* to see him end up here, either as a position coach, or even offensive coordinator.

Slater and Shell didn't get it done, but Gibbs does have a proven track record. Al should definitely sign him.

I will take him and the zone blocking scheme. I think Gallery would excel in a zone scheme. None of our lineman seemed to do very well with the "dominate the space directly across from you" type of scheme that was implemented this year, and zone blocking is about as far from that as you can get. If we are rebuilding the line, let's get some athletic guys that can move. I think Jordan could fit the mold of a one-cut back too!
