I am 99% sure we are not going Guard at 7.

Opinion or keeping in touch with Champ? Wink

You said yourself preferred Cooper. Great prospect + position of need = what's the problem?

Opinion. I just don't think we go OG at 7. Don't see it.

Also, for some reason I am unable to follow Champ in twitter. Won't let me.

He hadn't been tweeting in a while but today he said Star is #3 for us behind Jordan & Fisher...

Jordan and Fisher are most likely gone at #7. Take Lotulelei and cut Dockett next offseason?

Cutting DD now doesn't make much sense financially. Releasing him next year would save almost 3m...

It could be worse. In case many aren't familiar with Star Lotulelei, he's a game changer. Put on the USC and BYU tape. He was long thought of as a potential #1 pick. At #7, he'd arguably be BPA by the strictest sense of the word. I also think his pass rushing ability is underrated. He'd be at least an above average pass rusher at the NT position.

He is a player, no doubt.

Hard to see the scheme fit, unless scheme change

Would interest me to see if we went to 4-3 most of the time, more rotation.

Star and DW on early downs, would be immense pressure, 4 x 300 lbs across the line, wow !
