I like option 2 much more. But I am not a fan of Sims outside of that, I love option 2!

I'm a big Lane Johnson fan and there is demand for him. But if he's not there at 7 Mingo is next on my list.

Sims is an all-around TE. Very good blocker with good size and ability to stretch the field vertically

Not a big fan of either but I'll I'd go with #1 moving Levi inside...

Colledge-----Sendlein-----Levi = still craptastic

Sims in 4 is a reach. Guy is flat not going to produce in the NFL. Not a mismatch threat or speed threat as a receiver and spotty at best in the blocking game. I don't want any part of Sims, especially with that injury history.

Boyce is a Return specialist who is never likely to really have an impact as a receiver. Wagner is a PS/Backup at best.

I love the Mingo/Cyprien combo, though I don't think Cyprien makes it out of the top 20-25 picks.

Not really much of a fan of either draft. We get next to nothing from rounds 4 through 7.

What about a all D first 3 picks

Mingo, Cyprien and Logan Ryan or something like that.

Keep the Whiz thing going of ignoring the OL.

I could see that but taking a corner in the 3rd again.

What about Mingo, Armstead, and P. Thomas

I like Mingo in round 1 more so than Johnson but would be happy with either. I think Shamarko Thomas could be a 1st round pick if he was 3 inches taller and would be a much better pick in round 3 than Phillip Thomas. Though I could easily see him being selected in the 2nd. Not a fan of Damontre Moore especially at linebacker. I would have to go with option 2 although I have a feeling we will be taking an offensive linemen with one of our first two picks.

I'd prefer Phillip Thomas over Shamarko Thomas personally. Shamarko is the better athlete but Phillip has better instincts in coverage and makes more plays on the ball. With the loss of Rhodes and Rashad/Bell not really playmakers in coverage, that's the kind of skill set we need from a new safety.

Rashad Johnson played well in coverage when filling in for injured Rhodes in 2011 but was not necessarily a playmaker. Shamarko would be an excellent replacement for Adrian Wilson and reminds me a lot of Bob Sanders. I do not know much about Phillip Thomas other than that he played awful against Oregon.

Personbally I like Josh Evans over them all, I was big on Philip Thomas, but then I caught some Josh Evans and he is good back there deep.
