Thanks for the valuable insight bud.... do you do anything other than troll?

You don't get over 10K posts being a troll. Get your posts up and holler at me then, son. Wink

Just because someone in the media says it doesn't invalidate the fact that we have been talking about this in the forum for months. Then it get's plopped in here like its news. Child please. Without a 2nd or 5th rounder, of course the team will be looking for offers. Especially after having an abbreviated draft last year.

Realisticly MIA and SF have the most ammo for a trade.....

If I were RM I would offer MIA.

1.3

We get!
1.12
2.10
3.15
7.11
Would you make this deal?

SF. gets

1.3

We get!
1.31
2.2
3.12
4.31
5.24
2014 3rd
Would you make this deal?

Obviously MIA could be in play for Eric Fisher, but if we somehow made a trade with SF they could covet Shariff Floyd.

In the first scenario Id take 1.12-Sheldon Richardson 2.10-Damontre Moore
In second scenario Id take 1.31-Tank Carradine 2.2-Zach Ertz

Why not both? I mean we could trade back twice and I think getting as many picks in the second we can would be the best thing for us. Most of the value is in the low first and second round. I would be ecstatic if we got miami's second and San Fran's first and second.

Looks like Miami is getting their LT from KC. Unless something goes terribly wrong, Miami won't be looking for a LT in the draft this year.

Miami has a week to seal the Albert deal, but dont be too sure it gets done.
He wants quite a bit more then a Fischer or Lane will cost for the next 4 years.AZ might want to jump up and get Fishcer...Minesota and the Lambs both have two first round picks and could afford to trade one and a second rounder while still coming up with two really good picks ...#3 and a mid rounder.

Anyone think the Rams will move up to 3? Give up their two first round picks? We could draft Richardson and maybe Jones.

Would love but I see no chance of that happening. They have a lot of needs also.

Hopefully Miami doesn't get a deal done with KC & wants to trade up. I might have to change my shorts if we can pull this off on draft day,

Oakland trades #3 overall to Miami for;

1st (12th)
2nd (42nd)
3rd (77th)
5th (146th)

Miami then drafts Fisher & we trade the 12th overall to Vikings for;

1st (23rd)
2nd (52nd)
4th (102nd)
7th (213th)

Vikings then draft Tavon Austin,

We would end up with;

1st (23rd)
2nd (42nd)
2nd (52nd)
3rd (66th)
3rd (77th)
4th (100th)
4th (102nd)
5th (146th)
6th (172nd)
6th (176th)
6th (205th)
7th (209th)
7th (213th)

We could still trade out of the 23rd spot with the Falcons or 49ers or even a team giving up future picks to trade back into the 1st for one of the QB's. I can't wait to see what we do.

I will run into my garden azz naked if this happened. Mark my words.

I dont discount the premise, but the value for the picks is inflated for the talent in this years draft. the Value chart is meaningless this year...we'd have to take anything we could get.

The Rams may not give up BOTH of their first rounders, but if we moved down to 12 with a miami trade, we could definetly get another pick or two out of the Rams so they could get that WR they are dialed in on.
we could reasonably in a scenario like that wind up with the Rams #16, two second round picks an additional 3rd and an additional 4th...no one need run naked in the streets over this possiblility...please.

Atlanta would be my favourite trade if we get there 1,2,3 and 1 next year.

My dream scenario would be a mega-trade with San Fran -- they have more draft picks than draft needs and we have the reverse, which would make our two franchises natural trade partners.

SF would get: Picks 3 and 66.
OAK would get: Picks 31, 34, 61, 74, and 93.

SF's defense is basically an NT and a Safety away from being THE dominant defense of the NFL. They could get Star Lotulelei at #3 and Bacarri Rambo at #66, whereas we could fill some needs with the extra picks.
