After his couple of breakout games, we inexplicably stopped utilizing him as much. Not sure why. Guy is dangerous with the ball in his hands... |

For sure. Last couple times the Ravens have played you guys he's been the most dangerous player on offense. |

Baby Hawk the the potential to be one of the best slot WR's in the league. Hands like glue and darts around the field like a jack rabbit. _________________
He doesn't get the ball because he is shut down. Zero seperation. It is my understanding that Elite WR should be able to do this when their number is called. AJ gets shut down relatively easy.
|

Can someone explain to me why ERFA exists? Free Agency is a concession to the player's association, so obviously I understand why UFA and RFA statuses exist... but what is the purpose of the ERFA designation -- how does it benefit the player? |

That Hawkins run looks like someone playing Pac-Man (the game) with a joy stick juking out all the hungry ghosts. |

Hawkins is like the second coming of Dante Hall.
Also, could someone please help me out with my question? I understand the rote definition of ERFA, so that's why googling won't help -- I'm trying to understand why ERFA was agreed to as part of the CBA. Who does it benefit and how? |

The reason for ERFA is that the NFLPA and owners agreed to free agency after four years. ERFA are the players who received 2 year or one year deals their rookie seasons, mostly since they were undrafted anyway. |
