I doubt anything comes of this, just throwing it out there.

It doesn't seem Byrd is happy about being in buffalo. At some point if he doesn't sign closer to the regular season, maybe we can make something happen.

Not sure what we have to offer Buffalo other than Cousins.....considering he is our starting QB...right now..... I dont see that happening. I think we do have a shot of landing him next year if Buffalo cant get a long tern deal done with him. We will have plenty of money to spend with no cap penilty.

Sorry but I highly doubt the Skins can trade for Bryd though I would love to see him in what Jim Zorn call Maroon and yellow lmao. It's just not gonna happen even though that
would be a huge up grade and help us saves some draft picks.

ha! Zorn called us the Maroon and Black! not Maroon and Yellow...

Anyways, I doubt it happens also but hey, boys can dream right?? Wink

Marcus 21 I think it all depends on 4 people and its not likely to happen I agree.

1. Rg3 has to prove he's healthy
2. Cousins has to play better than last preseason
3. Pat White has to show he can be a future contributor as a reserve to Rg3
4. And most importantly, Kolb has to stink up the joint again! Laughing

I guess #4 is likely the one I see happening the most.

Why can't we just trade our 2nd for him? We're most likely taking a secondary player with it. I'd rather have Byrd than any of the prospects we'd land there.

EDIT - although he's going to want a huge contract extension that we probably can't fit under the cap so nevermind.

The Bills will be looking for a 1st rounder for him or more. He is a commodity that a lot of teams would like.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: be very wary of taking on other people's star secondary players. It rarely works out for the new team.
