Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Coleman has now signed the contract and will be sending it to the Saints via overnight delivery. The Saints will have it tomorrow, we’re told.

Good signing, solid depth... been with Ryan for years.

Good depth signing, with Butler and Coleman under contract now, I don't see the Saints having to force any pick, especially if we can manage to get Nnamdi still as well. Easily take the San Fran possible offer and just draft BPA regardless of position, well outside of interior offensive line and QB.

LT is still an enormous hole. I also think that a pad rusher is a huge need. We don't have one proven OLB on the roster

How would drafting one fix the lack of proven pass rushers on the roster? Obviously having more options in case one doesn't pan out is ideal, but I don't think drafting one fixes the problem like some think. Also don't think there are any OT outside of the top three really even worth a 1st round pick.

Was about to say the same... yes we don't have a proven pass rusher onboard but taking any of whats available at 15 does not solve that problem. All these guys have major questions about them. THe sad thing is, I'd take Jamie COllins over any of them and he can be had at the latter part of round one and maybe even round two. To me, the value at 15 is not at pass rusher. If we stay at 15 the value will likely be somewhere else so unless we wanna see an offensive playmaker, an overrated safety or an undersized defensive lineman selected we better find a trade partner.
