update 3/24

This is what I think the Jets real draft board would look like:

1. QB Geno Smith ( Trade up) ( Not likely)
2. OLB Dion Jordan ( Top pass rusher) ( Trade up)
3. Sharriff Floyd ( Top DT in draft)
4. OLB Jarvis Jones (Pass rusher) (#9 pick)
5. OT Eric Fisher (BPA scenario) ( Can play LT and RT) ( Good in ZBS)
6. OG Chance Warmack (BPA) ( Fills need)
7. DT Star Lotulelei ( Top DT prospect)
8. OG Jonathan Cooper ( Scout favorite from last year) ( Good in ZBS)
9. FS Kenny Vaccaro ( Top safety in draft) ( Fills need) ( Trade down)
10. QB Matt Barkley (Good in WCO) ( Trade down)
11.QB Ryan Nassib (Good in WCO) ( Trade down)
12. DE Ezekiel Ansah
13. TE Tyler Eifert
14. OLB Bjoern Werner
15. RB Eddie Lacy

We absolutely have no need for either of these players, but something doesn't add up here. Confused

Don't need Fisher either.

I agree Fisher is not a high need pick. I just tired of passing up good players because they don't exactly fit out. The Jets need talented players on the team. Is Fisher a better option than Austin Howard at RT in a ZBS scheme? Yes, he is? This is argument is moot because Fisher will most likely be off the board. At the very worst Jets can dangle him as a trade down scenario if a team like the Chargers or Panthers is interested in picking him up.

I don't have Ansah and Mingo high on my board because I am not impressed by players who perform well in shorts and not on game day which is why I still have Jarvis Jones 4th on my board. TYPO.

FAMOUSJ = JOHN IDZIK

I am still not interested in trading Revis but if Tampa offers me this year's 1st and 3rd round pick I will consider it. Can't hurt to listen. WINK. WINK.
