All over the Chiefs sight is wether they should trade Left Tackle Albert. Miami has been brought up several times. Do u think he is worth a 2nd round pick. He is avery good pass protector average run blocker. Would love to keep him but the two sides cant come to an agreement.

No. He is not worth 9M plus a 2nd rounder.

I would give up a 3rd for him, which is probably all Miami has offered, so the Cheifs will have to come down on their asking price of a 2nd and a 2014 pick.

All the time Vollmer and Winston are on the Market I would say no.

If they disappear then I would offer a third no higher.

If a third isn't accepted we could use the same pick to trade up in the draft to grab a tackle although I'm against the trade up idea.

I have been reading about this rumor as well. I am thinking the only reason Miami has come up is because the mention of a second rounder and Miami has two of them. Funny how that happens. I honestly do not see why Miami would trade for Albert. Think about it. Miami drafted a player who probably is better at LT, although I think he is a terrible pro prospect. They allow their franchise LT to walk in free agency, who is a much better player than the person you would trade for. Couple that with this year being a rich LT crop and the need to balance spending from the high priced free agent additions. To me, Miami should do the same thing KC is contemplating on doing. Draft a LT. If not, Miami should go with Martin at LT, sign or draft a RT and if Martin sucks make a run for Albert next year when he becomes a free agent.

Miami would have given Long the extra money rather than trade a 2nd and pay him what Long was after. The Chiefs jumped the gun with the franchise tag and now are trying to trade him away. Miami is also in the process of trying to drive the price for Winston down. I don't think there is any real interest

Not with Winston still on the market even then hes not worth a 2cd and a reported 2014 draft pick

There is no chance after Hell Freezes over Id give up a 2nd for B. Albert.
At the point of committment he'd be in the drivers seat to name his price.

Pass, I'd rather trade up & & grab one of the 3 stud OT in the top 8 & use D. Bess as collateral/trade bait.

Bess wont even be with us next yr.
