Why are you surprised? That group of knuckle heads were probably training for Oktoberfest.
Maybe b/c those 3 don't drink? And E-Rod was the only one involved, and he basically was just a PITA, and is being assessed a tax for it. He wasn't drinking and driving, he wasn't being violent, he was being a drunken idiot at 23 years old. Color me shocked. Laughing

Seems like the fame of being a backup TE has gotten to him a bit.

One step closer to standardizing a test for normal IQ, and basic sanity as a requirement for the NFL then I guess.

I'm sure there HAS to be another charge... how can you resist arrest if you weren't getting arrested in the first place for something else? Confused

I believe the same thing happened to Adrian Peterson last year.
And he was completely exhonerated.

I can't believe E-Rod, who is in Miami to train w/ Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, & Martellus Bennett was out boozing it up.

Public intox?

Resisting a stop, halt, frisk, or search?

If you resist while being detained under reasonable suspicion its still a misdemeanor.
