But if teams pass on 1st/2nd down we wont be able to get after the QB really |
That is the Leo's sole responsibility. So trust him!

so our entire pass rush will be 1 guy's responsibility?... |
You would hope that the other DT and the strong side end could contribute on early downs, where the offense can run or pass.
But in obvious pasting situations, unleash the LEOs! _________________ People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

We dont really have the other options though unless Alualu/Mosley show a good amt of improvement, we dont really have the DEs to help right now _________________

That combined with his health returning and I think we might see a new alualu this year. _________________

For the first 2 downs, well pretty much 1 guy, but on 3rd down you bring in the other leo to put in work. Then you have 2 lions hunting their prey.
The way Seahawks did it was Clemons for downs 1 and 2, then bring Irvin in on the other side on 3rd down. Together they amassed 20 Sacks and 4 FF, which is the total amount of sacks that the Jaguars team had in 2012! _________________

Fwiw, #Jaguars signing of DT Roy Miller being praised by many here. Solid first- and second-down run stopper. |

2007 was the last owner's meeting that Schefter was at. I guess Al Davis said that JaMarcus was as good as John Elway or something like that. _________________
