Hey Fellas,

After Recent Free Agency, I was wondering if you could help me on an updated list of Team Needs, this is what I have so far:

HIGH Priorities: (Possible Reach)
QB
Feature WR (Not a Slot or Possession guy)
Guard
Tight End
34 Defensive End
34 Outside Linebacker
Inside Linebacker (Weak and Strong Side)

MEDIUM Priorities: (Wont reach)
Center
Left Tackle
Free Safety
Cornerback

LOW Priorities: (Draft for depth)
Change of Pace Running Back (Shifty guy not suitable for full load)
Possession WR
Right Tackle
Strong Safety

...Correct me on any mistakes please

There's more team needs than before free agency, and that's a problem.

Couldnt have said it better myself. I know it's early, and I'm always a look at the bright side kinda guy, but if we don't start making moves we are going to be in a lot of trouble.

I would say you could take C and FS off the list all together. We have Eric Wood and Jairus Byrd there (respectively), both of whom are very good.

After the signing of Manny Lawson, I'd move 3-4 OLB to Medium Priority, as we could put Mark Anderson opposite Lawson. I'd actually put 3-4 DE there too. Maybe swap CB and 3-4 OLB actually. We need another CB.

Take 3-4 DE and move to low. Move Strong Safety to High. Move CB to high. Move 3-4 OLB to medium. Also take FS and C off the list. And Move tackle to low.

We have to great 3-4 DE with Marcel and Mario. Plus we have Carrington. So we should be fine.

3-4 OLB can be upgraded but we have a couple decent players there with Lawson and Anderson.

SS and CB we need upgraded. Aaron Williams and Danorris Searcy are both young players who are unproven to be capable starters.

And we have Jarius Byrd at FS and Eric Wood at C so take that off the list.

OT we have two really good starters and good depth there.

Pretty bad list.

In additions to these, LT isn't a need unless we want to shift Cordy Glenn to LG or to RT. I would move SS up to at least the middle category, I would prefer not to start with Searcy at SS. A change of pace running pack isn't really needed seeing how CJ Spiller is about as shifty as they come. Other than that though it looks good. It is shocking how many needs we have, guess that makes sense when your team is 6-10 though.

QB
(2)WRs
ILB
CB
Short yardage RB
SS

Still need another decent corner. Aaron Williams hasn't shown anything that resembles NFL football.

We need another RB capable of giving Spiller a breather. With a new coaching staff, I think there is a small chance Freddy gets let go. 32 year old backup RB that has a nice salary. Don't be surprised if they start fresh with a younger option.

I still think that Searcy deserves a chance but we need a plan B.

Tier 1: (they have nothing or almost nothing at these positions)
QB - #1 need
LB - Sheppard, Lawson, Bradham... pretty much it
WR - Johnson, Graham and Easley are all they have worth mentioning right now

Tier 2: (they have players who at least have a shot at starting, but still big needs)
CB - Williams, McKelvin, Brooks currently battling for second spot after Gilmore
OG - Need to replace Levitre
SS - Searcy and Scott are there at the moment

Tier 3: (depth)
OT - Depth
TE - Depth
DE - Depth

I almost forgot, they also need a fullback.

Not sure why everyone assumes the bills are going to 3-4 Pettine says they will have a hybrid and stick with what works. I still think they will go 4-3 more then 3-4 this year. Bills need depth at defense for sure and would like to upgrade but I don't see them at a bad spot.

DE Mark Anderson and Mario Williams
DT Marcel Dareus and Kyle Williams
WLB Nigel Bradham MLB Kelvin Sheppard SLB Manny Lawson
CB Stephon Gilmore and Leodis McKelvin
SS Da'norris Searcy FS Jarius Byrd
Aaron Williams will be an option as backup SS or CB

Offense is a big issue LG WR#2 TE FB and depth
