Agreed, but there is no Luck for us in 2012
We might as well keep Kolb for short term, at a reduced rate and then see how the draft goes |

He and his agent are going to play hard ball. Arians and the Cards are going to play Stanton off vs Kolb; Who blinks first, I think Kolb ends up cut if neither blink. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Kolb might be the top FA if cut. No guarantee to start but teams will be interested.
On a stop gap in Stanton he was selected 7 picks behind Kolb, but has an injury history also. _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Hard to see Kevin playing too hard a ball
Not any teams out there that are going to pay him anywhere near what he wants, or is getting here atm.
I think calmer heads prevail and he takes the salary cut and we use the money to find some players to block in front of him. |

No way anyone offers him what he was making here, hopefully the Cards stress change in leadership with him and a fresh start. No one is "giving" him a starting job, he will have to compete no matter where he goes. I imagine the breaker for him would be the Cards taking Smith at #7. Be an interesting next few days. _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
