The moves will save them $17.4M in cap space.

Three big moves, each with different meaning.

Cutting Turner was the easiest call, he declined a lot the past couple of years, lost his big play ability and burst and his biggest attribute, running with power was also lacking.

The Falcons could try to draft RB Eddie Lacy or sign free-agent RBs Steven Jackson or Ahmad Bradshaw.

Releasing CB Robinson could mean the Falcons will try to re-sign CB Brent Grimes who is a free-agent to be for be, they will need to add at least two CBs in the off-season.

Releasing the aging Abraham could mean that the Falcons are looking to add veteran pass-rushers such as Dwight Freeney or Osi Umenyiora.
